Call us between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We aim to respond to you within 30 working minutes.
Calls outside working hours will be logged and dealt with within 30 working minutes.
We will use our flexible national network of around 200 repair Agents to respond promptly to any issue.
MONITORING AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
We aim to respond to any issue within 30 working minutes, and offer remote Technical Support where possible.
Our aim is to have a qualified and equipped Repair Agent on site within 4 working hours for any major breakdown or emergency repair.
When a Sterling Agent repair is not possible, we will bring your truck back to Sterling for a factory repair.
For Any non-urgent work we will book your truck into a Repair Agent when most convenient to you. If this is not possible, we will book it into the Sterling workshop.
